Well I used to cut myself multiple times a day but within the last 6 months I have only cut myself about four times.
The last time was about a week ago. I don't know why but the urge to cut keeps getting worse. I am currently under a lot of stress. I left my mothers house and moved out of state with my boy friend and my mom hasn't talk to me since. How do I make these urges go away??? Someone please help me. I am desperate. I really want to cut... but at the same time I really don't want to cut. ![]()

Not much to offer.
I can understand your prediciment, which fully proves the 'Once you go, you never come back' saying, or whatever. Really, if you want to stop, you can't think negitive, take a new outlook on things, and try not to think about it. Forgetting is what many have found a great help sometimes.
I can understand you have been under much stress, but if you give into that desire of cutting yourself no matter how better you may feel, if you really don't want to do it, it's not really worth it. Fight back against that desire, though you cannot change your past, or many of your thoughts, you can change your habits, but you have to hve to will too.
